Michael Coltogirone retired from The Baltimore City Police Department in 2018, after 22 years of service as a Police Officer.  His extensive training and experience includes Interview and Interrogation, Written Statement Analysis, Criminal Investigation and Hostage/Crisis Negotiations. 

Michael earned his Bachelor's Degree in Criminology from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.  He trained in the field of Polygraph Examination at the Maryland Institute of Criminal Justice and the PEAK Credibility Assessment Training Center in Cape Coral, Florida.  All training and practice are in accordance with the National Standards of Practice, as set forth by the American Polygraph Association.  His personal commitment is strict adherence to the modern accepted practices to insure the most comprehensive and accurate results on every examination. 

Michael is a licensed Polygraph Examiner and licensed Private Investigator in the State of Tennessee.  Additionally, he is a proud member of the Tennessee Polygraph Association and is an Associate Member of the American Polygraph Association.
